Accepting These Terms

Creating Accounts

Your Content & Conduct
Our Service allows you to create, upload, edit, save, export, print, and sync templates, barcode content, QR code content, images, and batch data. You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of any content you make available through the Service.
When you submit or store content in the Service, you grant us the limited right to use, reproduce, process, store, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate the Service, including cloud sync, export, printing, backup, and recovery.
You retain your rights in your content, except for the limited license described above. If you delete content, it will no longer appear in the Service, but copies may remain in backups or system logs for a reasonable period.
You may not upload, post, link, or otherwise make available any of the following:
Content that is defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory, or fraudulent.
Content that is illegal or unlawful, or that may create liability.
Content that infringes any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right.
Spam, repeated unsolicited promotions, or abusive commercial messaging.
Private information of other persons, such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or financial details.
Viruses, corrupted data, or harmful or destructive code.

Barcode Designer Materials
We put substantial effort into creating the Service, including the logo, interface, software code, text, graphics, workflows, templates, database structures, and related materials (excluding your content). These materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Unless we expressly state otherwise, your rights do not include publicly displaying the Service, modifying it, creating derivative works, scraping data, downloading substantial portions of the Service, reverse engineering it, or using it to build a competing product.

You may create a hyperlink to the Service, but you may not frame or otherwise present our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without our prior written consent.
